Safety is not just a rule, it is the foundation of our work culture
At Alpmasters, every project is carried out in line with international standards and strict safety protocols.
Risk assessment
Before starting any work, a detailed risk assessment is carried out on site and an individual work plan (method statement) is prepared.
Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Our specialists use certified ropes, carabiners, harnesses, helmets and other protective equipment. All equipment is inspected regularly and its compliance with international standards is verified.
Team training
All our specialists are trained in line with international-level standards and regularly update their knowledge. The company’s founder, Osman Bayramov, personally leads the team’s professional training with his many years of experience.
Emergency plan
An emergency and rescue plan is prepared in advance for every project so that we can respond immediately when needed.
Insurance
Our work is carried out with appropriate insurance coverage, which means additional reliability for both our employees and our clients.
